According to Maslow, creativity is not a luxury, but the culmination of human development. It sits at the top of his hierarchy of needs, in the pursuit of self-actualization.

To create is to introduce an element of novelty. It is to bring a touch of originality with passion. When we create, we feel alive.

The first step in realizing a real estate project is to create. This is the part that makes us dream and that, personally, deeply stimulates me as a person. This surge of creativity is often stifled by all the regulations that govern our world. We must then be even more creative to successfully design a project that meets all the requirements, whether they be municipal regulations, building codes, costs, client desires, energy efficiency, profitability, and so on.

In reality, creating a real estate project is a complex mathematical process. Therefore, creation is not solely about architecture. It’s essential to manage each variable so they align properly to produce a result.

This result is creation: the design of a viable project, a well-thought-out and comprehensive idea that now needs to be implemented and built.
